 One online PLN tool is Common Curriculum . This tool allows teachers to easily organize lesson plans and assignments by days, weeks, months, and units. Admins can access teacher materials and provide feedback! Additionally, Common Curriculum can be set up to integrate with your Google Classroom, so teachers don't have to create things twice.  1. I experienced distant learning while in high school. I do like distant learning and online classes when they are asynchronous because then I can complete assignments and watch lectures when I have the capacity to. However, I do not like synchrounous online classes because I find I can't pay attention to lectures online or in person. I think distant learning lectures are just more difficult than in person lectures. As a teacher, having students create things and do things related to the material could greatly improve engagement.  2. Open educational resources are free for users to use, own, share, and sometimes change. This greatly expands student opportunities to learn. 1. Working on the Web Design assignment greatly improved my understanding of how to use Wix. I also learned how to embed a calendar! One aspect I did not like, which may just be Wix specific, was that some things I wanted to do I had a lot of trouble finding or couldn't find. For example, my website has the tabs stay in one spot on the screen, when I would prefer they stop at the top of the page as to not cover any actual material. However, that may just be due to a lack of website design experience on my behalf. I can see myself using the soft skills from this assignment in my future career in order to design slideshows and other digital instrucitonal tools. However, there is AI ingrained in my GPS, banking, Google searches, and email. So, I personally don't go out of my way to use AI tools...
