 1. I experienced distant learning while in high school. I do like distant learning and online classes when they are asynchronous because then I can complete assignments and watch lectures when I have the capacity to. However, I do not like synchrounous online classes because I find I can't pay attention to lectures online or in person. I think distant learning lectures are just more difficult than in person lectures. As a teacher, having students create things and do things related to the material could greatly improve engagement.  2. Open educational resources are free for users to use, own, share, and sometimes change. This greatly expands student opportunities to learn. One website I found, from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, gives an introduction to OER and its importance in education. This website can be found here: https://guides.library.harvard.edu/OER.  3. The two PowerPoint assignments I did helped me learn a lot of new PowerPoint skills. I learned ho...

1. Working on the Web Design assignment greatly improved my understanding of how to use Wix. I also learned how to embed a calendar! One aspect I did not like, which may just be Wix specific, was that some things I wanted to do I had a lot of trouble finding or couldn't find. For example, my website has the tabs stay in one spot on the screen, when I would prefer they stop at the top of the page as to not cover any actual material. My Web Design assignment can be found here: https://youngcaitlyne.wixsite.com/assignmentfour  2. I don't use smart home devices, ChatGPT, facial recognition, or fingerprint recognition. However, there is AI ingrained in my GPS, banking, Google searches, and email. So, I personally don't go out of my way to use AI tools...

1. For this question, I found a teacher website page on the Canopy Oaks Elementary School website (a school in Tallahassee.) On here, it has grade levels and the names of teachers and an EDEP. The names of teachers are links to individual teachers pages. Some teachers have blank pages while others provide their phone number and email. It seems like each teacher was in charge of making their own page, which is evident by the individual choices in what to include. I found Ms. Bonnells to be the most effortful, depicting a classroom, a cartoon version of her, and what I assume is a photoshopped image of her dog. I actually found this really fun to look at :) The overall school website has a lot of other information found on various pages regarding parents, staff, students, guidance, and the school calendar.  https://www.leonschools.net/Page/41039 https://www.leonschools.net/site/Default.aspx?PageID=3886 2. As a teacher, I can see myself using tools like Google Docs, Google Classroom/C...
